Meet Our Team

Tess Ipolito, LCSW, MSW, MS

Young woman with long brown hair and blue eyes smiling outdoors with leafy trees in the background.

I bring a whole-person approach to therapeutic work, drawing on nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. I believe that psychological health and well-being are foundational to whole health, and I consider every individual within the full context of their life.

Before pursuing a career in mental health, I spent years working in environmental sustainability and justice, and earned a master's degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from The New School.

I have extensive experience with family systems from time spent working in outdoor behavioral health and school school-based therapy within the Salt Lake City public school system.

I hold specialized trainings and certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Psychological First Aid, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy — alongside a broader toolkit of empathic, eclectic, and evidence-based modalities.

At the heart of my practice, is compassionate care: a genuine commitment to meeting each person where they are, and supporting them toward lasting well-being.

When not working, you can find me playing outdoors or hosting dinner parties for friends.
